Recently upgraded my internet to fiber and now cannot connect to PS4

To be clear, I have tried EVERYTHING. I used your troubleshooting guide, I restarted the router, I manually connected and input my settings. I don’t have a LAN and have to connect with wifi. I had a similar problem when I first got AT&T but I did eventually get it to work. Not this time. The internet connects to everything else so I know it isn’t necessarily a problem with my service. The playstation is able to connect and obtain an IP address but when it checks for internet connection it fails. Please help.

Not sure if you ever found a solution to this, but try switching from 5ghz to the 2.4ghz signal. Go to settings>network>Wifi>find your network and hit the options button on the PS4 controller. Should allow you to switch signals.

We hear you, and are happy to assist with this @Isrulius,

Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps, we appreciate your efforts.

We have an article specifically for Troubleshooting PlayStation Wi-Fi Connection that can help you! It might be a DNS issue, if you scroll down to the area titled Slow Speed Troubleshooting, it has the information you will need to set up your own DNS address.

Please let us know if you are getting any error messages.

We also recommend that you try to get in touch with PlayStation Support.

For further assistance we are always here to help.
