Separating from an Aggregator

Hello,

We have about 100 circuits with AT&T.  An aggregator that our company is involved with suggested that we switch out our AT&T Circuits and go with a service company they work with - ACC.  It turns out that ACC is a wholesale marketer of AT&T Services.

We prefer working with AT&T rather than through two layers of aggregators.  Their charges have pushed the costs of the 'reasonably priced' circuits to amounts higher than the quality direct service we receive from AT&T.

How can we get away from these aggregators now and ensure that they do not roll over the contracts they have seized already?

Thank you!

Which ACC are you talking about?  If you're talking about https://accbusiness.com, that company is actually a division of AT&T.  Large companies (like AT&T) often try to move the customer management and customer service aspects of mature customers to resellers, and ACC Business acts like one.  So, you're really still dealing with AT&T in that relationship, but I agree that you shouldn't work through two layers.  Cut out your current middle man and just go to ACC Business.

If you're determined to find a direct channel, then head over to the Business Forums at https://bizcommunity.att.com/ and post there about your concerns rather than over here in the consumer forums.  Most consumers don't know what it's like to have 100 circuits.
