Slow internet on fiber

I have att fiber and pay for a gig. However, o can't seem to get much better than 60 megs on wifi and 150 on ethernet. I did the speed test and it is saying my modem is recieving 1.3 gigs but I can't get anything over like 200, even plugged directly into the modem. I've reset everything to no avail. I would really appreciate some help with this.

What AT&T Gateway are you currently using? Is it a BGW320 by chance? If it is a BGW320 are you using port 1 (lowest) Blue Ethernet port to connect via Ethernet?

Are you also trying to use your own third-party Router? What device do you have connected when testing directly connected to the AT&T Gateway and if you have a Reltec Chipset for Ethernet do you have any Gaming software loaded or pre-loaded (Dell machines and others)

- Yes

- Yes

- Yes, but when running speed tests, I would plug directly into the gateway as well, with the same results.

- wired: Windows surface through a dell d600 dock(with updated drivers).

Wireless: S22, windows surface, PC with no dell parts. This shouldn't be an issue as I used the same set up at my last apartment and was getting a gig wired and 800 over wifi on all the devices I am using, so they are capable.

Easy test. Use your S22 to connect to the Wi-Fi of the BGW320 and let us know the speedtest results. For the Ethernet via the D600 dock use one of the Yellow ports on the BGW320 to test. Please test and report the results here?

Also what third-party router are you trying to use for the next steps?
