Smart Home Manager app blue screen

I can log into the app, but when it loads it is just a blank blue screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and restarting my device. Nothing is working. Help!

We can help you get your Smart Home Manager app working right again.

 

So let's try some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure that your app is up-to-date.
  2. Reboot the Gateway.
  3. Once the gateway is rebooted, make sure that you have an internet connection. 
  4. Reinstall the app again.
  5. Log back into the Smart Home Manager app to see if the device list is updated.

I tried that twice, but unfortunately it still doesn't work. The app is entirely blue. It's not just that I don't have a device list--nothing at all comes up.

We get it, and we're here to assist!

Since you've already tried rebooting the gateway, we'd recommend that you use our Troubleshoot and resolve tool or logging into the myAT&T app and selecting “Fix it Now” to see if that works.

 

Also, please try using the Smart Home Manager website in the meantime to see if that helps.
