Stolen rewards card

Has anyone else had their $150 rewards stolen and used the very next day after it was issued?  Mine was issued on 10/26/21 and the very next day it was spent/stolen/used at Eden's Market in New Mexico and I am being told there is no way for them to replace the stolen card/money and that they can't even file a fraud on the rewards card.  I am not happy with this at all as I was on the phone for 1 hour and 45 min, transferred all over the place, given 4 different phone #'s, and then no one could help resolve my issue, just a "I am sorry this happened, but there is nothing we can do".  This is (Edited per community guidelines).

Wring.  That’s who I spent over an hour on the phone with.  They tell me they can’t do anything for me and they they can’t file a fraud claim on it.  It’s just a loss for me of $150.  I really don’t care to business with a company that obviously has issues with their rewards card program getting scammed and not wanting to help their customers .

Hi, sgjones1519.

Have you called this number: 877-258-1427? This is the number for a higher tier of support for the Reward Center, and they may be able to send you a new card.

Give them a call and let us know how it went.

Had the exact same thing happen to me. Got the $150 rewards card, it sat in my wallet for weeks since having it and 'the eden network' ended up using the remaining $120 left on the card.

As this other customer did - I tried contacting all the numbers you gave - spent 2 hours on the phone just to be told by the REWARDS center that "they cannot provide new cards or credit accounts".

After speaking with 5 different reps I was told on 3 separate occasions this is a very common scam - yet there's nothing you guys will do about it.

AT&T talks about putting customers first but for anyone reading this thread - don't waste your time because all it's going to do is make you even more angry than when you found out the card was stolen. This is AT&Ts breach and they should help their customers when it's something they KNOW is a problem (according to the rep for over a year now).

See I read others having the same issue. If they know there’s an issue they should use good customers service and accommodate their customers.  Def looking for another provider with better customer service.  Thank you for commenting.  Makes my decision easier!

@sgjones1519 @Madron Did you happen to get the number for eden market? My cards were also depleted by them, and I'm going to call them and request a refund. However the rewards center employee said there was no listed phone number or address for the merchant

I also have a voicemail with phone # of the person that was calling and texting me “robert with AT&T” to prove that they stole my money but AT&T needs to do something about this as so many peoples cards have been hacked/stolen. I am so (Edited per community guidelines) about them not wanting to make things right!
