Unable to access email account

I have tried resetting my password and have attempted to login on different devices and browsers.

Are you using this link: https://currently.att.yahoo.com/

The mail link is in the upper right corner. Are you using your currently active AT&T linked email address in the format of [email scrubbed] at the login prompt?

This should result in a redirect or direct login with any error information.

I did a chat with AT&T and they got my account squared. I was honestly impressed with how quickly they were able to fix the problem. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Just to clarify Is your email logged in any other devices. The reason we're asking this is if you can access your email on a different device you can directly log in to your email using ⁠secured mail key without entering the password.

If you do not have access to login on any other devices please visit our webform - att.com/myemailinfo. This website will allow you to provide information about your AT&T email account.
