I have been unable to login to my @att.net account since Friday April 26th. It takes my user and password and says logging in and then returns me to the login page.
The mail link is in the upper right corner. Are you using your currently active AT&T linked email address in the format of [email scrubbed] at the login prompt?
This should result in a redirect or direct login with any error information.
I did a chat with AT&T and they got my account squared. I was honestly impressed with how quickly they were able to fix the problem. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
