First, I want to thank you for responding. I would have done so sooner but became very sick on the day I posted. I am just now well enough to take your advice but am no better off than before. I am still not seeing an option to allow a site. I am using a PC and could it be I need to download the Smart Home Manager app on my wife's phone to access it?
Yes, I was referring to the SHM app. That's where the notifications come through and hopefully you get one for the site so you can allow it. Many times there is no notification so you're sorta stuck. It's a stupid system but then again nobody ever accused SMH of being anything but stupid.
I am having same issue , the web browser is saying its blocked by SHM with no way to allow an exception for the sight. Can SHM be disabled or turned off temporarily ?
I'm having the same problem that I know is safe. There is nowhere to add an exception, that I can find. It blocks it and says to go to the SHM to add an exception, but I do no see anywhere to do that.

IF you're getting a notification in Smart Home Manager you can tap it and down near the bottom it will give you an option to allow the site.

Forgot to mention there was no notification there. It came when I tried to access the site.

Thanks. I'll try again in a day or so. I'm not feeling as well as I was when I sent my last text.
