Where do I start?????????

Issue for over 2 months now and after thinking it was FIXED, they turned our Internet off. I will cut down the story, as much as possible. I called because our TV and Internet bill was outrageous and almost $400. Called and the guy said that he can fix that. Got me a new amount, and I asked, am I going to get the same channels and he said yes. Is this, including Internet, yes. I asked several times. He said that somebody needs to come in and just change out the boxes. The technician came and put a satellite up on our house. We lost half the channels and was supposed to get free Max, Cinemax, etc. for three months. Still haven?t gotten that because we have had issues since day one. After a month, somebody figured out that instead of taking U-verse off of our bill and putting in DIRECTV, they created a new account, which I was locked out of. So I continue to get bills for U-verse and the last one was over $600. After many calls, they fixed the bill, but had late fees. I called Wednesday to get the bill fixed, and, while on the phone , I told him I am paying through my bank and gave him a reference number of it being paid. He said that he will put a hold on the Internet account for 24 to 48 hours. Within an hour, they cut off our Internet. I called back and they said there?s nothing they can do. I called Thursday and said the payment will be there Friday and I was told the account would be held. That guy said we can?t do that, I don?t know why he said it. So now it is Friday and we still do not have Internet and no one can help. Not a one person. I was transferred back-and-forth asked for a supervisor took an hour for a supervisor. Only for him to say his name is Mike and he was transferring me to billing. Right back to the beginning. This has been two months of pure (Edited per community guidelines) and I am so over it. We are still having issues with Directv and our free services that are ending April 28. No one can help and every single call was two people in India, who could not health and every time I asked for a supervisor, I was either put on hold for over an hour or hung up on. I?ve been with AT&T when it was singular from 1988, when we had beepers. We left their cell phones because our bills were over $400, U-verse went over $400, and there is absolutely no customer service. I have been told by every single person, there?s nothing we can do. Never late on a bill since 1988 and this is what we put up with. They sent me a link to track the complaint and I can?t get on because I have been cut off of signing in to email. Tried calling corporate, and it just repeats over and over call did not go through. This is now the absolute worst company and looking to completely sever ties with them.
