Why I am paying more than the AT&T customer portal says I should pay?
The amount I pay for fiber internet went up last year. Ok, it stinks but that happens. But I look at my portal and it says my plan should cost the original price. I'm paying $74.99. My portal says I should pay $69.99. If AT&T cannot change their portal information, I should not have to pay more than the portal indicates. I've called about this several times and I keep being told the cost is $74.99. I indicated the portal says something different and keep getting the run around. Should I file a complaint with the Georgia Public Utility Commission?

The list price is not material here. His account portal is showing him one price, and his bill is showing him another. It is likely a bug in the web portal display (likely duplicating your autopay discount). You will not get any actual assistance with this issue here (just a request to use a Contact Us link to contact support directly). The regular support team cannot "correct" it without changing your plan, which will probably not be a good thing (note my thoughts post here, so it's not completely irrelevant). The bug may be known, but hasn't been fixed.
