@Reydydiego This is not a customer support forum. It is customers helping other customer. You need to call AT&T Support and request a service call if it can't be corrected online.

Or, perhaps provide more details about what’s going on and perhaps advice can be dispensed.
There are several self help tools you can run yourself to have the connection diagnosed and they can also schedule a technician to come. Att is charged with owning the connection to the gateway.
