A att cable has been in my yard and across my driveway for three months feeding a neighbor. I need to removed by the end of the week

A att cable has been in my yard and across my driveway for three month feeding a neighbor. I've tripped over, it the kids have fallen over it, guests have tripped over it. I need it removed by the end of the week. My address is ( Edited as per community guidelines).  Remove by 3/21.24

This is not an official channel to contact AT&T.  This is a forum primarily peopled by AT&T customers.  Your deadline is falling on deaf ears.

I'd suggest you follow the instructions for contacting the "Buried Wire Center" here: https://www.att.com/support/article/local-long-distance/KM1000559/   Follow the instructions and say "line is down" to reach a human (during the hours listed).


If that doesn't fix it, you can try an FCC complaint.
