Address Validation for Fiber

Our subdivision just got fiber ran to it. A tech walking door to door said we'd be eligible for a free upgrade to fiber considering we already have AT&T's Internet 50.

Then the Tech said he called in and for some reason our address was not preapproved even though directly across the street they have fiber connected and they were preapproved. He said it should not be a problem but we would need to call in ourselves and get a case number,

Call in cust support when prompted by automation say "order new service" and then sales can file a ticket to have your address turned green takes couple of days to have answer, ask for a ticket number though.
