AT&T Blocking my Driveway for a Second Day

For a second day your team blocked my driveway without any notice, and then expected me to wait patiently "a few minutes" while they got their business taken taken care of. Today I let them know that I would be back in about a half hour and they told me I would have to park on the street. When I got back their vehicles were blocking my driveway and the street parking in front of my house. I let them know that this was a problem as I park in my garage and there vehicles were taking up all reasonable parking in front of my house. They told me they were almost done.

Apparently, AT&T thinks nothing of blocking people's access to their own driveways, as well as the USPS access to mailboxes. If AT&T cares, I have the USDOT # for the truck and will share my address if an agent reaches out.

They won't contact you even if they knew who you are. This would be a matter for the local police if they refuse to let you in your drive. Now if they had a piece of equipment that had to be placed where if was to bore under a street or drive, that's a different horse.

Did you contact your local police?

If it really so hard to knock on the door of the house whose driveway you're obviously blocking and apologize for the inconvenience?

My police response time isn't quick enough for them to have gotten to my house before they cleared out.

No, not hard, but this is a customer support forum you're not addressing AT&T directly.
