AT&T Contractors digging in my back yard - trash and unburied cable
AT&T came by yesterday (I presume contractors who spoke little english) and dug a trench to bury the cable. They left trash in my backyard and an exposed cable. The flyer left with us notifying us has a phone # and email that do not work, if we have issues. What kind of service is this?

On Tuesday after the Holiday on Monday please call the Buried Wire Center at 800-924-9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET. Remember: This number is just for unburied ground cables.

Had similar issues just happen today, but we had no notification at all that anyone was coming to bury the cable. They left a mess of dirt piles, and "buried" is questionable. A 3 year old with a sand castle shovel could have buried it deeper and covered it back up much better than these 2 did. In addition, the "workers" were 2 men in a pickup truck with shovels, nothing to identify them as AT&T, and unable to communicate with me in English. If this is the best AT&T can do, we may be looking for a different option.
