ATT Has torn up my yard while installing Fiber in my Neighborhood

Three weeks ago, ATT dug up part of my lawn while installing fiber service. When I looked at the card that was left on my door to call with questions I discovered that only a partial telephone number was left. They were nice enough to leave a traffic cone in my yard as a momento!!! I’ve been an ATT customer for over 15 years!!!Nice idea but a complete phone number would have been mpressive
