AT&T Utility Maps - Fiber

Hello,

I work for a civil engineering company and I have been tasked with contacting the utility companies that were found as a result on the 811 call performed on our job sites to get a map with the locations of where said utility companies have placed their utility lines in the ground. In the case of AT&T, their Fiber lines. These maps are important for us for civil design as we are typically not in the state of the project and are more accurate than a ground marking.

Most companies I can get ahold of and find someone who can provide this to me, but for AT&T, it has been challenging.

Is there a good number or email address or request site for info such as this? I can't imagine that we would be the only civil engineering company that would need these resources but I am not finding any way to contact anyone in AT&T's engineering or planning departments.

Sorry but you are posting in the AT&T Residential Fiber forums. You will need to create a new ID and post your inquiry in the AT&T Business Forums: https://bizcommunity.att.com/
