AT&T WHO PAYS FOR THE WEEKEND PLUMBER BILL THAT IS DOUBLE THE WEEKDAY RATE? FOR THE LINE THAT YOU CUT??

ATT you cut the waterline to my parent’s house since last week. We have waited for the 48 hour call back and it has been over 48 hours. My dad is sick and guess what no water to take care of him. WHAT IS 48 HOURS TO YOU SINCE IT HAS BEEN OVER 72. FOUR DAYS WITHOUT WATER CAUSE YOUR PEOPLE DUG A HOLE. I NEED THIS FIXED NOW. I tried to post in the community forum and there is no category for when you MESS UP!!!!!

There is no category because this is a community forum, as in a public forum of other customers, not official support. So 'we' didn't dig a hole or mess up.

They do have a page with info about how to submit a damage claim.

What do you mean, you got two answers. If you mean does anyone from ATT answer, sometimes, but very unlikely they will answer this one since it’s not anything ATTHelp can help with.
