Bringing Fiber from the road to my house

I recently moved and was told there was fiber available at my home. There is indeed fiber here, but it is in a hub box 60 yards from my front door. There is even a line to pull new fiber line under road. The problem I've run into is that At&T says my address is not serviceable. Is there a department to talk with to get this fiber line 60 yards to my home?

That is a fiber pedestal (round top, square base), you state there is a pull line already under the road… that requires a conduit and another pedestal or hand hole in your yard or are you referring to the neighbors yard?

Please call 800-288-2020 to start the address validation, provide both addresses (yours and neighbor) and the address of the pedestal (4755). Given a ticket number with follow up in couple weeks. The ticket number will allow easy reference to the request if not heard within 30 days.

The first question is the addresses to immediate left and right able to order fiber service when checking their addresses online?

If yes, need to call and request an address validation case be opened, takes several weeks.

If no, the fiber is not indeeded (planned) for your side of the street.

Check other nearby addresses, if none can order fiber service, it might not have been activated yet.

I did confirm with the Neighbor that they do have it personally and online. the hub box that I’m referring to is a green box that is next to one of their buried line posts.
