In the process of filling out the form, the Building Type options are:

  • Apartment
  • Condo
  • Single-Family
  • Mixed Use

Then I am to provide the Unit Count which must be 50 or more.

We are none of these, we are Commercial / Industrial and plan to building 7 buildings.  Which answers do you recommend that will get me a response?

Thank you

Hi @NeedWillServeLetter,

We understand that you’re planning to build commercial/industrial buildings. Since the provided options don’t directly match your situation, let’s find the most relevant choice:

Given your plan to construct 7 buildings, we recommend selecting “Industrial” as the closest match to your project. Remember to specify the unit count as 7 for the number of buildings you intend to build.

We hope this information helps!

Thank you for contacting us on AT&T Community Forums!

Thank you, Jennifer, yes, I would have done that but as stated in my original post those are not options in the ATT link provided to me above.... there is no "Industrial", and the required unit count must be a minimum of 50, probably because that link directs me to a "multifamily" form.

Could you please provide me the correct link for Commercial / Industrial??

Thanki you!
