We recommend that you follow the instructions to report the cable by giving us a call at 800-288-2020. If you don't have an account, say "Line is down," and we'll get started.
You can also check if the issue has already been reported by calling the Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET).
We recommend that you go through this article which will give you detailed information about Buried Wire Center.
