Down main line

At my address there is an aerial main line down hanging on mine and my neighbors fence. There was recently a new span installed here...

We recommend that you follow the instructions to report the cable by giving us a call at 800-288-2020. If you don't have an account, say "Line is down," and we'll get started. 

 

You can also check if the issue has already been reported by calling the ⁠Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET).
