Everyone on block has ATT Fiber but me
Both next door neighbors to either side of me have fiber from AT&T and I still do not after 5 years. This is in Fraser, MI.

Are you on a rural street / road with aerial utilities or in a standard neighborhood with smaller lot sizes? Also is your house setback further from the road compared to others neighbors?

Standard, and no, it is all fairly uniform with 1/3 acre lots. Fraser is a suburb north of Detroit.
