Fiber Install Problem

On my recent AT&T Fiber installation the cable is running through the roots of a Eureka Palm Tree and thus can't be buried. I have contacted AT&T multiple times and they refuse to alter the installation. I am sure this will be a problem in the future and will have to be fixed costing me additional dollars. I see my only solution now is switch over to Comcast and see if they can't perform a competent installation.
