Fiber installers damaged my water line

I need assistance getting my home’s water

line repaired. It was damaged in mid February by fiber installers. I’ve made calls and have gotten no assistance. My last water bill was $600. I need help and quickly. Otherwise I’m going to small claims court.

ATT broke my waterline on Dec 4 2017, still dealing with them

On December 4th someone from ATT or contracted by them, came to my property to bury a communication line which caused a damage to my waterline. As a consequence I received an invoice from the Water and Sewer Department of $657.14 and had to pay $1,600.00 for the repair and  $90.23 for the grass that I planted myself. Today, October 30th, I am still trying to recover my loss but I have been thrown like a ball between ATT and three of their contractors, that I don't know who they are and why I need to talk with any of them to solve this problem: Ivy Smith, Anscolic and Sedgwick. I have tried to give them a chance to solve it. I have been patient enough during this seven months but I need to recover my loss.

What do a 20 year loyal customer needs to do in order to solve a problem created by you or your contractors? Can we do this in an amicable way?  Should i go to court to get a final resolution?
