File a complaint

The techs that came to bury my wire today showed up in a minivan and completely tore up my yard along the path of the wire. The first time I got my wire buried I didn’t even notice. They did a completely sloppy job and I take a lot of pride in my yard. I want this fixed.

Ok, in most markets they burial crew is not ATT employees but hires of a local contractor.

They general follow the path of the wiring placed by the ATT tech who created the work order.

The equipment that might be used (shovels, trench machine, etc) is determined by the contractor and the labors performing the work.

If wish to have a different wire buried will need to call to schedule a tech to place a new line as the line in the ground would not be pulled up to be reburied.

@hensteve123

Call the AT&T Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET. Remember: This number is just for unburied ground cables.

Tell the rep that contractors came to bury your Fiber drop and made a mess of your yard.

Dave
