Flags on property for months.

Would it be possible to verify if internet is going to be installed at our property? Orange and white AT&T fiber flags have been planted on our property since the summer, yet there hasn't been any sign of installation.

We're trying to balance rather or not to stay where we are or move, and having internet is a major factor for work. If we know that we will have internet one day, it will help us be able to stay.

pics would help...

Do the flags say PURPOSED PATH or just ATT?

When I have seen PURPOSED PATH ATT flags generally associated with a major construction project such as road widening or new road being placed.

You can check with local government concerning any permits applied for or approved for burial services in your area.

Direct TV is the only service that pops up on that link.

There are orange flags marking the path of what I'm assuming is the tv cable, yellow flags marking the gas line, white flags that I don't remember the markings of, and these white and orange flags where our yard and the road meet.

Unfortunately, it looks like our landlord plucked the flags up today, so I'll have to take pictures from one of the nearby homes tomorrow.

I do have a video somewhere of the layout of the flags somewhere since the landlord has removed the flags before and I had hoped to retrieve them.

Edit: I don't remember a flag saying purposed path.

Yep those are from 811 the marking service. You have some fiber or copper where those flags were located. Most likely not residential fiber since it is already installed and you don't show as available for service.

811 uses different colored flags for the different utilities resulting in a variety of colors: Red, Green, Blue, Orange/White...

I have landscapers set to some out June 11 that I have been waiting a long time for to get my patio done.  I just went out today and now ATT has orange flags and markings on my patio.  What does this mean?
