How do I get the phone calls and people at my door to stop?

Prior to installation, I got a dozen phone calls from people in a call center reading from the same script repeating the same information. Several people have now showed up at my doorstep post installation to sell us fiber. How do I get the harassment to stop?

If you don't wish to receive special promotions or other sales calls from us, please check out this article to Register for the AT&T Do Not Call list.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) established a National Do Not Call registry for consumers who want to avoid unwanted sales calls. You can register your number using the methods listed below.

Go to Federal Do Not Call website, and follow the on screen prompts.
Call 888.382.1222 (TTY 866.290.4236) from the number you wish to register. Both the call and registration are free.
