How do I provide feedback to AT&T on the issues we had getting our fiber line fixed?

My husband was repairing a leak and in cutting tree roots, cut our line.  This was on a Tuesday and we called immediately. We received a link to provide pictures of the cut line and then were told a tech would be out within 7 business days and AT&T doesn't do appointments but they would call 30 minutes before arriving. After 4 days, we called to check on status and received the same information. After 7 calendar days, we called and then were told that the confirmation number we had wasn't valid and we must have called the wrong number.  He then gave us an appointment that day for restoring service. We called AT&T the first time and have the text messages and phone logs to show this. I have a customer service background and want to share this with AT&T to help prevent it from happening again.
