How to contact AT&T to have them repair damage to my lawn when they buried cables for the subdivision.

Does anyone know how to contact AT&T to have them repair damage to my lawn when they buried cables for the subdivision.

It is in Jubilee Farms subdivision in Daphne, AL.  I called our developer, DR Horton, and they researched and found out that AT&T was doing the work in our front yard.  Just need them to come back and replace the sod and clean the tire marks off the new driveway.

We can point you in the right direction to get help with your lawn repair request, msmorris62.

For damage to yards, plants, or bushes, please contact the Buried Wire group at 800-924-9420 and select prompt 2. Their hours are 7:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. ET Monday - Friday. You can also email them at bwire@att.com. If you're not an AT&T customer, call the Telco Repair Group at 866-410-7414.

For more information about the process, read our article on AT&T property claims for damages.

AT&T was in my neighborhood installing a fiber optic line in my yard and busted the gas main.  They brought in a backhoe and destroyed part of my yard.  The AT&T supervisor said they would be out to sod the damaged area and they have not done so.  All of my neighbor's yards were sodded except for mine.  I have spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T trying to get to a department that will resolve my issue.  It has been a fruitless effort.  AT&T is benefitting from the cable in my yard, but they will not repair the damage THEY CAUSED.  Can someone please lead me in the right direction please?  My yard is washing away.  Thank you!  Carolyn

Ok so I have been on hold with AT&T Buried Wire for over an hour.  In August 2023 AT&T had a crew come up, dig up mine and my neighbors yard and leave it.  It's a big mess and no one seems to want to fix it.  They also damaged my irrigation system.  No one on this street even has AT&T so why did they come and tear up the place only to leave it?  Looks like it's attorney time!

Now you know that’s just downright disrespectful so you mean to tell me they come out do work on your property not only do they not advise you but they have the audacity to park in your driveway. Tear up your brand new grass and just leave now I see why, they’re about to go on strike or at least the employees that’s absurd. They do that crap and then leave and of course, if you try to file a claim, you have no pictures of the company that was there. You have no footage or anything like that and most likely people didn’t have cameras if this was a brand new build the cameras are not installed yet so they’re thinking they’re getting away with that Scott Free, but you better stay on there next , call that number and make them pay for it
