Installation damage
An ATT contractor is installing fiber in our neighborhood and today I noticed that they needlessly cut landscape edging and my inground sprinkler lines. Who do I call to get this resolved??

Actually any company or sub contractor that actually cares about customer service and perception will typically fix damages like this; to tell somebody to contact their local insurace is extremely lame and actually quite callous.
If this is what AT&T is telling their subs to do; i.e. don't worry about any damage you do in easements because nobody should put something there then you've got bigger issues than just messing up a few yards as is evident in the Atlanta, GA area where they're doing much worse, i.e. cutting water, gas, cable, electric, you name it.
It's a mess and the subs don't care; most of them don't even speak English to boot. Gotta love it.

The digging and not taking responsibility to fix the damages is getting out of hand. - Raleigh, NC
