Installation technician never showed up, and no agent for customer service
I scheduled a moving service and scheduled an appointment for installation. The technician never showed up while the text kept telling me they would arrive soon. The time slot passed, and suddenly the text asked me to reschedule. Today the time slot for reschedule passed and once again the technician didn't show up even without any texts. I called customer service, they gave me a link for chat room. I entered and waited for 5 mins. 5 mins later an agent entered and left immediately then it showed "We hoped we helped". During this time my previous account is still showing activated and charging. Do you have any respect towards your customer?
