Internet instalation

We have instigated getting a coduit drilled under our road to set up Fiber. It has been 2 months and all of our neighbors have been taken care of. We are still scheduled 2 weeks from now before we can get a tech here. We require internet no later than by the end of this week or we may inquire about other internet providers.

If you install is not schedule until 2 weeks from now how do you think it is possible to have AT&T Internet this week? How were all your neighbors setup if there was / is a wait for a conduit to be installed or is this just to service your property?

Please provide a few more details?

Drilling under roads is performed by contractors, not ATT employees…

if home internet, which is considered entertainment service, is vital recommend having a redundant ISP to provide additional service / uptime. Therefore no need to wait, get the service you can use now and then wait on future fiber installation.

Local cable company, FWA provider T-Mobile or Verizon, local WISP or satellite ISP StarLink are possible options depending on zip code and address.

We were the first tenants in a new neighborhood. We had the first tech out here and they got the conduit drilled. However, when we set up the new appointment they gave us a date for 3 weeks out. But my neighbor who is attached to the same building just had hers installed last Thursday. Tried contacting 24/7 customer service to see if we are missing something but they say they are closed.

Not if you are calling 1-800-288-2020, what number are you calling?
