No. Fiber will be run to the location of the Gateway (combination ONT/router). From there connections are 10/100/1000 Ethernet (with one 5000/2500/1000 Ethernet port) or Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax).
Also note that AT&T doesn't actively sell a video service for your TVs.
