Leave a good review for the technician
I had a AT&T technician coming to my home and install the fiber. I took the text survey but accidentally pick the wrong choice, and the text would not allow me to fix it. I would like to leave a good review for the technician. Is there any way I can do that?

If you left a bad review, 1s instead of 5s, a manager... likely the techs manager, will reach out to you to determine reason for the bad review.
If have the techs phone number from precall could reach out to the tech giving them a heads up of what happened.
