MIS available, but not retail fiber internet
I have AT&T fiber available in the building, I am the owner. It is MIS/dedicated with AT&T. It is too expensive. I want to change it to regular business fiber, which is a fraction of the cost. The infrastructure is already there, fiber service is already there, but when searching on the website, it states that service at location is still not available even though we are using the higher priced service with AT&T. I was told that the shared node is not close, but there is a large residential community directly across the highway and another less than a mile away in a rural area without the need to cross the highway. How do I ask AT&T to connect me to their shared node?
