Moving overhead fiber to underground

I live in Tulsa OK and have ATT Fiber that runs to our house overhead. We are wanting to add a covered patio to the back of our house, however the weather head on our house is in the way. I contacted our electric company (PSO) and also an electrician and we are looking heavily at burying our electric underground to our house instead of moving the weather head. I would need to get the ATT fiber line also buried because the weather head currently attached to the house will need to be removed. How do I go about getting the ATT fiber line buried?

When they do the electric, they will have the yard trenched already to run the electricity underground, so all that would need to happen for ATT Fiber is conduit placed underground and the line ran from the utility pole to the house underground.

Any help would be appreciated because when I called 800.924.9420, the person I spoke to was of no help.

Thanks!

I called the 800.924.9420 number again this morning and talked to someone who was helpful. She said that she needed to put in for a technician to be dispatched to my house and look at what I’m wanting to have done. The technician then would put in a buried cable order after this visit. So I have an appointment for the technician to come out on Thursday morning.
I am hoping this will start the ball rolling because I’m concerned about coordinating the ATT work around the same time that my yard will be up trenched for the electric. I will find out and update as information comes in.
