No respect for your customer’s property

After being without service for 21 days because no one could troubleshoot the actual problem, AT&T has come out twice to bury the line but instead of burying anything (last line they brought was defective) they decide to leave their trash in my back yard. 7 cut zip ties, 2 green service tags and 1 yellow equipment tag just left laying around. So not only have I receive subpar repair service with no proactive price adjustment, your techs have decided that my back yard is their personal trash can. How is this considered an acceptable level of customer service!?!

We can help clear up that mess.  What you will need to do is contact our Property Damage Claims Department.

Provide then with the screenshot you just sent us and you will be all set.
