No SFP connector in install kit
I received the green fiber cord today to install to the wall plate and BGW 320. There are no connecters, and the cable doesn’t fit. Should a SFP been in the package?

Are you saying that you received a BGW320 with an empty SFP+ socket, and no SFP+ to fit into that socket?

See the original topic here I don't think the gateway has the fiber adaptor in it, from the description given, that's why I linked the manual. Page 14 of the manual shows the optic module (adaptor)
