Only house on the block without fiber
How can i get att to finish the fiber installation to my house? Literally every house has it except mine. It is a fairly recent build so it might not be reflected correctly in the system? Its likely a simple fix since its everywhere around me. I tried the 1800 number but they couldnt help. Any ideas how to get someone to check and see if it is available?

Request an address validation at 800-288-2020. Does either address on your immediate right and left have service available? Are you on a different street than all the other homes with fiber? Underground utilities? One of these in front of your house?

Thanks for the phone number! I checked all the houses around me on my street and behind. Its is just not avaialble for the three new build houses. Its a inner city neighborhood so we are all jam packed together and I believe it is above ground utilities. At&t has done the entire area so I know they aren't waiting for a new phase or anything like that. Ill try the number and see if that can get it going! Thanks!
