Please add fiber to my area

Hello, I live in cocoa/Port St john FL. My name is Rose P.  I would really love it if you would add fiber internet to my neighborhood. According to your map and availability you have it in the majority of our city already, just not my area which is approximately off Grissom between kings hwy and Fay Blvd.

There are many people in my community who want this.

Thank you and looking forward to your response. BTW with spectrum raising prices and their service becoming unreliable you WILL get a lot of new customers. Who knows I may bring my Verizon cell phones over as well, I have 8 lines.

@Rosey844  Read thru this thread. You'll find a link that you can use to request fiber and reasons why you may not be able to get fiber at your location. It's not as easy as just requesting it.

I started on broadband now but the only viable option was att apparently I'm in the 6 percent that don't receive fiber in this area, I have spectrum and that's really the best service right now, figured it couldn't hurt to request fiber, the map does show most the east coast of Florida with fiber. Hopefully it will be available soon.

Thanks for the feedback though

I'm sure there would be alot of customers that would switch to fiber if you were available on Merritt Island. We currently have spectrum and out wifi and phones constantly go down we would love to switch but internet is unavailable so we will have to wait till your in the area.
