This is a public customer populated forum only so no one here knows what AT&T’s plans are. How and when fiber will be installed is usually between the apartment building owner and whatever arrangements they made with AT&T.

You need to talk to your Building Management contact. AT&T can't just install Fiber without Building Management involvement.
