Is there a way to speed up the process, we are under a HOA so it will be multiple homes being upgraded to fiber.

There are a few things needed to maintain those speeds in your area, and it is possible they have not been met yet. @my thoughts 
I have already contacted my HOA to look into fiber optics, but meanwhile, I continue to push for an earlier installation of fiber optics in our neighborhood. To my knowledge, my city has fiber optics lines around the whole city and currently offers 1:1 speeds of 1000 down, since my friend less than 1 mile from my home already has AT&T fiber installed about a week ago. 
I am not too sure if we currently have PFP placement, but I see about 3 covers with the  ATT label on them and 1 Fiber optic cover on the main st of our HOA which is about 300 ft from my home.

I understand wanting to have the services available to you as soon as possible. There is currently not a way for us to speed up the process of installing the services. We are certainly working to expand as quickly as possible, and are excited to have you on board when it becomes available.

Count me in too. I am 463 feet away from a house/street that can get fiber 1000. As a homeowner, I'd consider letting equipment be installed in my backyard

@attcares - The subdivision right next to me has ATT fiber......how do I get it installed in my subdivision?

Att offers fiber 10 house down from me in my neighborhood but for some reason I don’t have it available to me!!! Can someone please explain this to me!!! And how long till it will be available to me

They are installing fiber optic cable across my front lawn. Does this mean I will have service availability soon, or do I need to request it be branched off to my house?

Is there any way to find out from AT&T if they plan on coming to my neighborhood next? If door-to-door sales teams are what they do surely there is some sort of plan in place well ahead of when they are actually installing the service no? Fiber 1000 is available 1.4 miles from my house and looking at the coverage maps they seem to be slowly moving south in my direction. I'd love to know if there is any hope whatsoever of getting fiber in the future or if I am stuck with this unreliable Spectrum gig package forever.
