Sewer Pipe Damaged by ATT Fiber

ATT Fiber was run in my yard in late Feb/early March 2016.  They used an underground boring system.

In late April/May 2016 we had a sewer backup in the house.  City checked and didnt find anything at the time.  We filed an insurance claim and made the repairs to our home.

Two weeks ago we had the same issue again, destroying the repairs we had just made a few months earlier.  This time the city determined the damage to be caused by the ATT Fiber line.  They excavated the line this morning and confrimed it was cracked from the ATT Fiber line which was running directly on top of the pipe.

So now I have two interor sewage backups attributed to the ATT fiber line installation in my yard.  I need to know with whom I can speak about this matter.

Good luck with that. I am still trying to recover my $450 from a broken water line that ATT 3rd party company did. No one at ATT can get me in contact with the 3rd party company and now ATT is telling Sedgwick (another 3rd party who they use to handle claims) that they have no record of anyone going onto my property since 2015.

How is this possible if I just got new service installed in my home and the ATT flags are still up in my yard where the cable was suppose to be burried?

If you find a number please post it.

Thanks,

Jose
