Very Disappointed with my AT&T Fiber

Coming from a Spectrum 300MB modem, I assumed the AT&T Fiber 1GB service would be an upgrade...and it should be. But for some reason, it is no where near as good, and that makes no sense.

I'm sorry AT&T, you have something going on in either your network that is not right. Speedtest to you server is great. But once you leave your server the rest of the Internet is the worse experience I have had on the Internet in many years. The buffering of video, the slow web site loads, latency, the whole thing is a poor experience.

No I'm not using WiFi, I am direct connected to your router on a super fast water cooled gaming system with all the latest updates. It is the same with all the systems connected to your network. I've had the service a few weeks and if this does not improve I'm going back to Spectrum. Unfortunately, my 300MB service was grandfathered and no longer offered by Spectrum. I'm so disappointed.
