Very unhappy with AT&T fiber

First of all, the installation of the fiber cable in the easement in my yard was done horrible. Your company dug 2 big holes which were not even used for the installation. I had just planted grass in May of 2016 and your company dug up most of it and left a worn path to my backyard which killed the grass. The guys did fill in the holes they made however this is what made the path to my backyard and killed the grass. When can I expect you to come out and re-sod my yard? I do have pictures of what my yard looked like before your guys tore it up.

 

Next issue is when I had your fiber internet installed in my home and after 3 weeks of waiting for the line to be buried your guys left my yard all torn up. Your guys didn't even step on the digging they did to put the ground back. This was horrible. The line burial was done yesterday 3/21/17.
