How much will ATT charge to pull an ethernet cable from my modem (1 GB fiber) to my computer in another room?

You might want to call around for an electrician who has experience in LV (Low Voltage) wiring instead of some sub-contractor thru AT&T. I believe the basic AT&T tech call is $100 and probably goes up from there depending on how difficult the job is. Call AT&T.

I would expect $150+ to $200+ and possibly not the way you would like it ran.
Is this a rental or you own the home? Drilling will be expected with less options in rental units and you need to secure all permissions as you are liable for the work per the TOS agreement.
If desire professional install recommend the low voltage contractor, will cost more as your would be billed by the hour while the ATT tech is to get in and out within an hour.
Labor charges are $99 or $149 and material charges $55 per line… 3 lines would be around $500.

We had solid copper core, CAT-6 (non-CCS/CCA) cable, terminated by punchdown keystone jacks, installed by an LV electrician in two rooms upstairs with a panel downstairs behind the router for connectivity. It wasn't cheap but I'd rather have it done correctly than have some sub-contractor from my ISP do the installation. I purchased the cable and punchdown keystone jacks and told the installer how I wanted it installed. Took them about 4 hours but it was well worth it. No visible cables, all neat and clean.

I'm with @OttoPylot on this. Find a good LV tech.
