Any deals for existing customers?

I'm a bit disappointed with at&t's lack of attention on customer retention and loyalty. i would l. I would like to know if there are offers out there for current customer (and not adding tv). my bill has doubled since my offer has expired.

 

I would prefer to save the trouble of leaving att until they beg me to come back and then come back. but if that is the only option...

Looks like you had your deal. So are you now mad because you have to pay what you agreed to pay.

I usually call every year or 18 months and they knock the bill $25/ month and up the mbps on the internet. They are really easy to talk to and willing to help. 

The costs are constantly climbing in part due to the overpaid athletes and actors and the subsequent costs to carry the shows/events. Good luck.

I called retention and they refused to do anything at that time.
