AT&T Business Has No Support

I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND CHATTING WITH AGENTS SINCE MONDAY. ON TUESDAY MORNING AN AGENT STATED HE HAD PLACED A MACD REQUEST AND HAD EXPEDITED IT. ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY I CALLED AND WAS ASSURED THAT THE REQUEST WAS IN PROCESS. ON FRIDAY MORNING, THE AGENT ON THE PHONE INFORMED ME THERE WAS AN ERROR ON THE REQUEST THAT WAS PLACED AND IT HAS BEEN PENDING THIS ENTIRE WEEK. I STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH HIM FOR APPX 6 HOURS TODAY AND HE WAS UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE ON THE MACD PROCESSING TEAM THAT COULD PROCESS THE REQUEST. HE STATED HE WOULD KEEP WORKING ON IT STARTING BACK ON MONDAY MORNING. SO I THEN CALLED ANOTHER BUSINESS HELP NUMBER I FOUND. THAT AGENT REFUSED TO HELP ME BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE MACD REQUEST NUMBER. I DO HAVE ALL OTHER INFORMATION THAT HE WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO LOOK UP MY ACCOUNT TO GET THIS BUT HE REFUSED AND TOLD ME TO CALL 800-670-6118 WHICH DOES NOTHING BUT GIVE ME A BUSY SIGNAL. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL AND CHAT WITH EVERY CONTACT I CAN FIND ONLINE TO NO AVAIL. WE NEED THIS PROCESSED EMERGENTLY, AS I PREVIOUSLY EXPLAINED MULTIPLE TO ALL AGENTS I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH.  ONCE IT HIT 7PM ON FRIDAY, THERE IS APPARENTLY NO HELP TO BE HAD.  THIS IS COSTING US MONEY.

That gets forwarded to upper management which usually contacts you (from their "Office of the President") within a few business days.
