ATT Fiber Prolonged Outage
ATT Fiber for my neighborhood has been offline for 24 hours now. I am a remote worker and depend on a reliable Internet connection. Does ATT provide any type of account credit for situations like this?

They will reimburse you for time down, but you have to ask for the credit. As far as your need for reliable internet connections, you are paying for residential internet which is for entertainment purposes. If your job depends on 100% up time you need to get some kind of backup for when your main service is down, be it a hotspot or a backup provider.
