AT&T still hasn't unmerged my Yahoo!

I followed all the steps to unmerge my yahoo and sbcglobal.net email, but when I hit unmerge after logging in to login.yahoo.com I get a server unavailable message.

 

1 chat, 5 calls and a total of about 3 1/2 hours of time on this and I still can't get access to my yahoo email.  

On Monday a rep assured with "with 100% you will get a call today about this from our tech representative."  No, I did not.

 

All emails to my yahoo are bounced back as undeliverable. 

 

Can anyone help?

I think the problem that highstrings and I (and others), are having is that we followed the instructions listed in the article you linked, but when we get to step #7, it doesn't work.  I sent @ATTCares a DM on twitter 5 days ago about this problem and haven't gotten a response yet.

@ATTCares    I sent you a message.   I have called multiple times to digital assistance and no resolution, need to submit a ticket again, and again, and wait for a call back within 24-48 hours (which does not happen to my phone).  I have had an incident number for quite a while, but still no resolution.

 

I've been without yahoo email access since 10/8 (10 days!) and no one has fixed the issue.

 

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
