AT&T stole my money and suspended my service anyway.
I made an arrangement to pay my internet bill. I paid the past due ON TIME and on the date I arranged. They suspended my service ANYWAY and now the automated male voice does nothing but ask me question after question after question! I WANT TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON {edited for word filter evasion} If I don't hear from AT&T, I am reporting them for criminal fraud! SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!

You had both a passed due and current due? So you were more than a full month late on your bill.
Paying what you owe is not theft. You not paying is receiving services you didn’t pay for. So whose stealing? Service will be restored once you pay all amounts due.

Criminal fraud? Really? You owed the money, so how is it they stole it? Your service being suspended is irrelevant. Just keep saying agent at the prompts, you’ll eventually get a person.

My bill is current! They took my money. I have a confirmation number. They are still saying I owe them. That’s theft because I gave them money to make my account current. READ NEXT TIME!

I read fine. You withheld pertinent information. You never said anything about paying and them saying you still owed. Obviously, there was an issue with your payment. That’s not fraud.

@User3963115 Obviously there was. You may have paid but it did not get applied to your account, right? That’s an issue. Still not fraud. If you have the proof money was paid, it will get fixed. Claiming fraud won’t help.
